Sixth Sense !! Awesome !

Have you heard of Sixth Sense , No i don’t mean the movie , I mean the actual sixth sense . Wikipedia defines it as
Extrasensory perception (ESP) involves reception of information not gained through the recognized senses and not inferred from experience.
Or in short you can sense or do stuff you normally can’t. Now here is a guy which is working on exactly the same thing . His name is Pranav Mistry and here is his project
SixthSense, a wearable device that enables new interactions between the real world and the world of data. As you will see in these videos he can paint , make calls , grab pictures , sort them , read messages , check prices on amazon , see youtube on newspaper and a load of stuff just by using his fingers (that too without touching anything) . I have to say this technology is pretty amazing
The best part is It will be open source and currently the prototype costs just $350 bucks. So i am assuming if this comes out as a product in near future it won’t be costly (well i do hope it comes out soon)

House MD vs Friends

Well we all remember the about the popular TV series Friends . It ran for a successful 10 years before waving good by to millions of its fan base. But those were old days , these days the latest hit on the TV’s is the House MD . It is one of my personal favorites and currently in its Sixth season. Now i stumbled across a picture which made me think of the song by Bob Dylan (“The Times They Are A-Changing”) also featured in movie The Watchmen

2012 the movie is fucking racist !!

Me and my friends went to see this movie this Saturday.If you are unaware of this movie (which i doubt you guys are) this concept of the movie is simple “The world coming to an end (in 2012 of course) , go save your asses !!” If you haven’t seen this movie please don’t read the text ahead as the post contains spoilers.
So this movie shows how an INDIAN scientist discovers that the neutrinos from sun are heating up the earth core, finally destabilizing and causing chaos throughout the world. This movie goes around how humans will save themselves and about how John Cusack will save his family. Seriously this guy is a fucking Superman and too damn lucky. All the stunts he pulled off in the movie, driving Limousine thru crashing buildings , driving Bentley out of crashing plane , staying underwater for like 10 minutes… unbelievable (not to mention he has a look on his face like he wants to give you a blowjob)
Anyways so in the movie the US President gathers all the Heads of the States to discuss this grave situation. But hey wait… where is the Indian President… okay never mind its just a meeting..
So the movies goes by showing some really neat special effects and other stuff. And when the world seems to be coming to an end they send a message to all the important people on earth (basically the ones who paid a billion dollars for the tickets and other important people on earth) to board their Arks , and well guess what yet again none of them is Indian . They have people from Russia , China , UK , Italy , France , the Gulf Countries etc. but yeah no Indian.
To this i would like to add , when the Indian Scientist says to his wife “Hamein hamara saaman pack karna hai” —-> wtf ? dude ? that is not how we Indians talk. The guy is an Indian why are you giving him the American accent ? and yeah he dies in the movie as well like the other Indians
Now to summarize you are giving no recognition to the guy or his country who discovered the phenomena and on top of that you are mocking the whole country by giving him a funny accent. This is not cool people , not cool at all.
