The windows 7 “Everything” folder gives you the ability to have every setting at one place , be it the Action Center , Administrative Tools , Bitlocker etc. Basically it is just a folder with expanded Control Panel. To get this folder all you have to do is the following

  1. Create a new folder anywhere on your hard drive
  2. Rename this folder Everything.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
